A New Chapter for Our Island Spirits: Introducing Isle of Lewis Distillers

It’s been a while since our last blog and what a year it’s been! After a busy summer in our little corner of the Outer Hebrides, we’re delighted to finally share some exciting news: our distillery is now part of a new umbrella brand, Isle of Lewis Distillers.

Don’t worry, our beloved Isle of Lewis Gin and Isle of Lewis Rum are here to stay. The same small-batch spirits, the same Hebridean craftsmanship, and the same island heart go into every bottle. What’s changing is how we bring our story together … uniting our spirits under one name that celebrates where it all began.

Our Summer at the Distillery

This summer has been one of our busiest yet. We’ve poured countless G&Ts, met people from across the world, and shared our passion for Scottish gin and island-made rum with new friends and loyal customers alike. There’s nothing quite like the sound of glasses clinking and stories being told against the backdrop of Atlantic waves and Hebridean skies.

Why Isle of Lewis Distillers?

The Isle of Lewis is at the heart of everything we do, from the fresh Lewis water that flows through our stills to the wild island botanicals that inspire our flavours. The new name reflects our growing range and our commitment to showcasing the spirit of the Outer Hebrides in every drop.

We’re still the same husband and wife team crafting spirits with care, passion, and island character, just with a name that brings all our creations together.

What’s Next

As we head toward the winter months, we’re already busy making plans for 2026 - always inspired by the rugged coastlines and windswept moors we call home.
